7 Dog-Friendly Restaurants Near Sebago Lake (2026 Patio Guide)

Bringing your dog to dinner around Sebago Lake takes more planning than simply finding a restaurant with outdoor tables. Patio policies can change, seating may be weather-dependent, and some restaurants can accommodate dogs only in a particular outdoor area.

This guide began with recent recommendations from members of the Sebago Lake Maine community. We paired those reports with current restaurant information so you have a practical shortlist for your next lake day.

Last checked: August 10, 2026. Every place below was recently reported by a local visitor as welcoming well-behaved, leashed dogs outdoors. Because pet policies and patio availability can change without notice, contact the restaurant before making a special trip.

    Quick list

    • Lakes Region Brewing — South Casco
    • Krista’s — Cornish
    • Portland Pie Company — Windham
    • Rick’s Cafe — Naples

Lakes Region Brewing — South Casco

A community member reported dining outside at Lakes Region Brewing with a dog on July 31, 2026, while listening to live music. The brewery serves beer and pizza at 333 Route 302 in South Casco.

Why it works with a dog: Casual brewery atmosphere, outdoor space, and a recent firsthand report.

Before you go: Confirm that outdoor seating is open and dogs are welcome during the particular event or service you plan to attend.

    Krista’s — Cornish

Krista’s is a popular Cornish restaurant with a seasonal patio. A recent community recommendation specifically praised its outdoor seating and reported that staff brought a water bowl for the dog.

Why it works with a dog: A true restaurant meal with a seasonal patio, plus a thoughtful water-bowl report.

Before you go: Patio tables are limited and seasonal, so ask about both availability and the current dog policy when reserving or checking wait times.

Portland Pie Company’s Windham restaurant is located at 789 Roosevelt Trail in the Windham Mall. BringFido currently reports that pets are permitted on its sizeable outdoor deck, which includes shaded picnic tables.

Why it works with a dog: A casual pizza-and-pasta menu, a substantial outdoor deck, shade, and a convenient Route 302 location for south-lake errands and travel days.

Captain Jack’s at Naples Marina — Naples

One important update: Frye’s Leap Cafe

We did not include Frye’s Leap Cafe on the dog-friendly list. Although one community member remembered dogs being allowed during outdoor service, a more recent reply reported that dogs have not been permitted at the cafe since its renovations and upgrades.

That kind of change is exactly why it is worth confirming every restaurant’s policy before arriving with your dog.

A local dog treat for later

Lickity Paws is a Maine-based dog ice cream company mentioned by a community member. It is not a restaurant recommendation, but it may be a fun locally made treat to look for during your trip.

    Dog-friendly patio etiquette

    • Keep your dog leashed and close to your table.
    • Bring water and a collapsible bowl even when a restaurant sometimes provides one.
    • Choose a quieter time if your dog is uncomfortable with crowds, music, children, or other dogs.
    • Keep your dog out of aisles and away from food-service paths.
    • Never assume that outdoor seating automatically means dogs are allowed.
    • Have a backup plan in case the patio is closed because of weather, staffing, or a private event.
