Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, peak-season demand, address problems, customs, and events outside our control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the submitted address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable.

Returns, Exchanges, and Order Problems
